Basics

These archives are based on items and their relationships.

Items

Everything in the archives is an "item." An item can be an image (photograph), an event, a person or an object such as a building or a ship.

Relationships

The relationships between items are mapped in the archives and displayed graphically. Image items "depict" objects, persons or event. Familial relationships between persons are also mapped.

Searching

All items that have been cataloged are searchable. Just enter a name or other word in the search box. In the search results, click on the item title for more information or on the thumbnail to see a larger version of the image.
